What is Little Rangers?
Little Rangers is our playful early-childhood Eco-Ed program where young explorers learn, discover, and connect with nature through hands-on adventure. We turn parks, trails, and outdoor spaces into living classrooms full of curiosity, movement, and wonder.

Kids don’t sit and watch - they touch, climb, splash, smell, build, and investigate the world around them. Every class blends joyful play, sensory exploration, and real science in a way that makes learning feel like pure fun.
How It Works
Each Little Rangers session is a playful mix of exploring, learning, and imagination. Classes are relaxed, welcoming, and designed for young kids to feel confident outdoors.

Here’s what a typical session looks like:

45 to 60 minutes of hands-on adventure led by a friendly instructor.

Meetups at different local parks, trails, or green spaces, so every class feels fresh and exciting.

Parents or caregivers join the fun, helping little explorers feel safe and supported as they discover.

A new guided adventure each week, from following animal tracks to searching for colors in nature to looking closely at bugs and leaves.

Child-led exploration that lets kids move, play, and investigate whatever catches their eye.

It’s simple, joyful, and filled with moments that make kids say “look what I found!”

Weather Policy
​
At Little Rangers, weather is part of the adventure! We explore in sunshine, light rain, and even gentle snow - helping kids learn that nature is fun in every season.
​
If truly dangerous weather is in the forecast (like lightning, high winds, or extreme cold), we’ll cancel the class for safety and issue a full refund for that day. Families will be notified as early as possible if this happens.
Ages
Our programs are designed for kids ages 3–6, and a parent/guardian stays to join the fun.
Little ones 2 and under are more than welcome to tag along at no extra cost.

Where We Meet
Every session takes place at a different local park or natural area - giving kids a chance to explore new trails, habitats, and landscapes.

You’ll get an email each week with:
